"We" or "Our" means Bee Kind Botanicals and / or our Merchants. "You" or "your" means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.
The descriptions in this catalogue relating to species, varieties, and their characteristics, and information given regarding fitness for any particular purpose (including consumption) or their hardiness etc. are given only for general guidance. We believe that the seeds are true to name and free from disease and other defect etc. However, in accordance with the custom of the seed trade, we give no warranty, express or implied, as to the productiveness or description of any seeds we sell, and will not in any way be responsible for the resultant crop.
2. Prices, description and availability of goods
Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
3. Payment methods
Secure credit and debit card facilities are available online to all major credit and debit cardholders such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (through PayPal or Stripe), Delta, and some Visa Electron cards. Just provide your card type and number, expiry date (including Issue No. or Valid From date for Maestro), and the three digit security code found on the back of the card in the signature strip.
Payments processed online are securely handled either by PayPal or Stripe depending on the payment method you select during the checkout procedure. Bee Kind Botanicals do not collect your card details directly and as such do not store them online or offline anywhere.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP£) and credit/debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates. Prices quoted in Euros (EUR€) and US Dollars (US$) are guide prices for information only.
4. Delivery arrangements
Your shopping basket displays the seeds you have purchased and these will normally be despatched within 48 hours to the delivery address which you supply.
5. Cooling-off Period/Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, commencing on the day after you have received the goods. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by letter or email. You will receive a refund as soon as possible and within 14 days of cancellation. Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

On secure pages there will also be a reassuring padlock shown in your web browser confirming that SSL encryption is in place and that information being sent from that page is safe. To help us keep your personal information strictly confidential you should keep your password secret. Registering is optional and it is not necessary to register to use our website or to order from us. You can therefore order without registering, but registering does speed up future purchases by avoiding having to retype your details.

Registration is not required to use our website. To speed up future purchases and avoid retyping your details you may register with us and we will store your personal details securely with access protected by a user name and password. When registering you may opt to receive regular newsletters, marketing information, special offers and website updates from us. If you wish to receive these without ordering please register anyway.
