As with all online stores , Bee Kind Botanicals needs you to provide us with some of your personal information.

The data we collect:

We will need your name and address in order to send your seeds to the correct place, verify your payment card details and set up your account with us if you would like one.

Ideally we would like to have your telephone number, in the event that we need to contact you about your order, to ensure that it is processed quickly and efficiently. A phone number however is optional, but if you do give us one, we will able to provide you with a better service. We will never, under any circumstances, telephone you for any other matter than an order you have placed with us and will never share your telephone number with anyone outside of Bee Kind Botanicals.

Your payment card details, to enable you to pay for your order. At this point you enter a legal contract with us to buy your items. This is one of the bases we use for processing your data. Please note though that no credit card information is stored by us, payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe and the information is used only to process that one payment, nothing else.

If you do give us your email address, we can use it in the ways listed below, as dictated by you:

To send you and order confirmation email.

To send you a dispatch confirmation email. 

To inform you in the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not available and to inform you know when an item comes back into stock.

Send you newsletters (if requested) and special offers we have from time to time. We send only occasional emails. If you ever wanted us to remove you from our email list, you just need let us know and we’ll take care of that. but please remember that if you do unsubscribe we will not be able to send news of any offers, discounts or competitions, as email is the main way we tell people about them. 

What we do with your Data.

Bee Kind Botanicals will never share any of your personal data with any other companies not associated us, and we never obtain information about you from any source other than the data you provide.

The data we collect from you is strictly for the use of Bee Kind Botanicals, (for the processing of online orders we do share your data with our website provider), to ensure that your orders are sent to the correct address and to send you our interesting emails (if requested) – nothing else.

So we have a bit of information about you and its only fair that you have some information about us.
