Nobody likes paying extortionate shipping costs or waiting ages for online purchases to arrive, so at Bee Kind Reimagined we provide free delivery for all UK orders.

We ship with Royal Mail in good faith using 1st class delivery. All orders over £20 will be shipped using a tracked service.

We want you to be 100% happy with the product and service that we provide and would love you to feel you could recommend us to your friends, family and colleagues. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, e.g. if it doesn't arrive on time or is damaged, please contact us and we will do everything we can to put it right for you.

We know that seeds are fragile and they have a long journey to get to you - some travel very far indeed. We want them to reach you in the condition in which they began their adventure, so they will be packaged in a mail lite padded envelope that has been designed to be recycled.
